£1,355 raised for N.I. Children’s Hospice17th July 2015
Eamonn McEvoy and Co. Solicitors recently participated in a province wide ‘Make a Will’ month, in support of NI Children’s Hospice.
Throughout March 2015, our clients were not charged for will-making services, and instead were invited to make a discretionary donation to the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice. A fantastic total of £1,355 was raised, which will help to make a real difference to the lives of hospice patients. NI Children’s Hospice cares for over 300 children and young people in Northern Ireland each year, and relies heavily on the support and generosity of the local community. All money raised from “Make a Will Month” will go towards providing those young people with the best care possible, for both themselves and their families.
NI Hospice Community Fundraiser Jenay Doyle said ‘Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice would like to extend sincere gratitude and appreciation to Eamonn McEvoy & Co. Solicitors for their immense support. The solicitors involved really went the extra mile to promote the initiative, raise awareness about NI Hospice and highlight how vital wills are to the provision, growth and development of our service. Special thanks also to the local community who so generously donated during this campaign’.
We were delighted to have the opportunity to support such a good cause, alongside reminding the local community of the importance of having an up-to-date will. This initiative gave our clients an ideal opportunity to get their affairs in order whilst supporting ongoing hospice care.
Thank you to everyone who helped to make ‘Make a Will’ month so successful.
